Splines: Involute and Straight Sided

With a variety of machining options including hobbing and shaping, Precision Gears, Inc. offers services to cut splines on workpieces.  Our hobbing capability is: from 1/8" to 48" diameters diametral pitch from 64/128 to 2.5/5, and a maximum length of 56". For shaping, we can cut external and internal splines, with a diameter from 0.5" to 40", diametral pitch from 48/96 to 2.5/5, and a maximum length of 6".
